All shipping selections are made at checkout.

Shipping may incur an additional fee for customs, and/or import taxes based on territory.
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the fulfilment facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfilment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Before You Start The Return Process

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Once our distribution center receives your returned order, please allow up to 10 days for us to inspect and process your return.

The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be correctly processed through: support@ketchupandmustard.shop items sent to our distribution center without a return done through support@ketchupandmustard.shop will be discarded upon receipt.

By issuing a return, you agree to the terms of the Return Policy.

If the return does not meet the criteria above, the return will be rejected and discarded and a refund will not be issued.

If you are returning a “gift”, you will need the order number and email address used to place the order.

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution center. You must provide a tracking number when you return the order.

Fulfilment and Shipping Details
Any and all orders and fulfilled and shipped AFTER purchase, please allow at least five business for orders to be fulfilled and a minimum of 30 business days for international deliveries.
